Below is an email we received from the manufacturer right before these lovely new models came out. He explains the difference from the "New Bon 4" vs the old Bon 4 model:

"There are many changes, but let me tell you some important ones:

The bigger cage is slightly hanging downwards. It will be more comfortable and easier to wear also less easy to notice if somebody is wearing this device.

The new design of the penis shaped cage is much more realistic compared to the old model you know. The end of the cage is more round and now easy to fill the cage with ones penis totally until the end.
The holes are smaller so that the wearer or somebody else cannot play with the penis but is still able to clean / wash the device. The biggest change is of course the design itself in that the New BON4 now
is available in 2 sizes... I personally think that these new designs of the cage are more practical and much more beautiful The BON4 diameter of the entrance of the penis cage is 3 mm less than the one
of the BON4L The total length difference is 22 mm (88mm BON4  and 110mm BON4L)

The silicone rings:

Well what can I say... I am very happy to tell you that all the rings are so much better now. Most importantly the rings are much more narrow. We always thought that it was not possible to make these more narrow because in that case the wearer could pull the belt over the edge of the ring. As you can see now, 2 "silicone roofs" will prevent anyone from pulling the belt over the side of the ring. The rings look so much better and are also much more comfortable: these new rings are 50% lighter than the old Bon4 ! Try to pull any of the rings open or wide and you will also find out that the rings are double as flexible yet still as good as unbreakable. And of course we can  present now to the customers not 3 but 4
rings which is always better. The sizes are 40mm, 44mm, 48mm and 52mm. If  you now attach any of the rings to the chosen cage you will also
see that the ring goes much better together in size and shape with the cage. (so much nicer to look at)
We also think that this new style ring will cause less skin irritation and will simply feel much nicer to wear."
